FameHavenA little more room to live.

Our editorial standards

FameHaven publishes practical, research-based home guides. The following standards explain what readers can expect and how to report a problem.

Original work with a clear purpose

Each guide should answer a specific reader question with actionable information. We do not republish articles from other websites. Similar subject matter is not a reason to copy another publisher’s wording, examples, or images.

Research and testing are different

Launch articles are research and planning guides, prepared with AI assistance and checked against their cited references and calculations. They are not hands-on product tests. We do not claim personal use, laboratory measurements, professional credentials, or home-project results that did not occur. Conceptual illustrations are identified as illustrations.

Sources and numerical examples

We prefer manufacturer documentation and relevant public agencies for technical facts. Worked examples identify their assumptions. Example costs are not current market quotes, and calculator outputs are estimates within the stated limits.

Commercial independence

FameHaven’s intended revenue source is display advertising. An ad does not constitute an editorial endorsement. The launch library contains no affiliate links, paid product placements, or sponsored reviews. Any future sponsored editorial content should be clearly identified.

Corrections and updates

Use our contact form to identify an error, including the page URL and the relevant passage. We review reported issues and correct substantive errors. The update date shown on a guide reflects its WordPress modification date; it is not a claim that a product was retested.

Scope

Our content is general educational guidance. A planning article cannot assess the construction, wiring, plumbing, equipment condition, or personal needs of your individual home. Follow product instructions and obtain qualified help where the task requires it.
